Terms of Service
Scope Of Work
Customers submitting digital designs or 3D models to ADM Innovations confirm that they either own the rights to the files or have obtained them legally. Any claim or dispute arising from the unlawful use of third-party intellectual property remains the sole responsibility of the customer.
All submitted files will be reviewed by our production team to assess whether they are suitable for manufacturing using the selected material and post-processing method. While we apply industry best practices, additive manufacturing can involve unpredictable outcomes depending on geometry and part complexity. For this reason, approval for production does not guarantee that modifications or process adjustments will not be required.
Unless separately agreed in writing, ADM Innovations does not provide full engineering validation of customer designs. Customers remain responsible for verifying that their parts meet functional, mechanical, dimensional, and regulatory requirements for their intended use.
ADM Innovations does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose unless explicitly contracted. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable EU laws and regulations, particularly where parts may be used in regulated industries such as medical, food contact, automotive, aerospace, defence, or consumer safety applications.
Quotation & Order Confirmation
Production parameters such as print orientation, layer strategy, and support structures are selected at ADM Innovations' discretion to achieve an appropriate balance between cost, strength, and surface finish. Customers may include specific manufacturing requirements at the time of order placement.
Delivery dates provided are estimates only and do not constitute binding deadlines unless formally agreed in writing. Lead times are calculated based on business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.
All quotations must be carefully reviewed by the customer prior to payment or order confirmation, including verification of the correct files, quantities, material selections, finishing requirements, and production specifications.
Once an order is confirmed through payment or purchase order submission, the quotation is considered accepted as final. Any additional costs resulting from changes or incorrect specifications provided by the customer may be charged accordingly.
Quality Control
ADM Innovations applies standard additive manufacturing quality controls intended to ensure consistent production outputs.
Parts may show minor surface variations inherent to 3D printing processes, including visible layer transitions, support contact marks, or natural texture differences. These characteristics are considered normal unless otherwise agreed.
Dimensional Accuracy
Unless enhanced inspection services are requested, general dimensional tolerances apply:
-
FDM printing: ±0,5% (minimum ±1.0 mm)
-
SLA/DLP printing: ±0.5% (minimum ±0.2 mm)
-
SLS printing: ±0.2% (minimum ±0.2 mm)
Precision-critical features, mechanical performance, or certified tolerances require written agreement and may involve additional charges.
Material datasheets may be provided where available; however, the final performance of printed parts depends on design, orientation, processing conditions, and end-use environment.
Post-processing treatments such as vapour smoothing or coating may improve appearance or surface sealing, but results cannot be guaranteed due to part-specific factors.
Shipping and Transfer of Risk
Unless otherwise agreed, shipments are made in accordance with Incoterms® 2020 CPT or FCA, meaning responsibility for risk transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier.
ADM Innovations cannot be held liable for loss or damage occurring during transport. Customers must submit any claims directly to the shipping provider.
Payment Terms
Orders must be prepaid unless an approved credit agreement is in place.
Customers seeking invoiced payment terms must demonstrate consistent ordering activity and complete a credit application. Approved accounts may receive Net 30 payment terms.
Payments under Net 30 may be made via bank transfer. Late payments may incur statutory interest and recovery charges as permitted under EU late payment regulations.
ADM Innovations reserves the right to revise or withdraw credit terms at its discretion.
International customers remain responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance costs associated with delivery.
Shipping Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliveries are made under Incoterms® 2020 CPT or FCA. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier in accordance with the applicable Incoterms® rule.
Any loss or damage occurring in transit must be claimed directly with the carrier. ADM Innovations is not liable for carrier loss or damage once risk has transferred and will not provide refunds or replacements in such cases.
Consumer Rights Notice ( Business - to - Client )
The following provisions apply only where the customer is acting as a consumer, meaning a natural person purchasing goods or services for purposes outside of their trade, business, or profession, in accordance with applicable EU law.
Statutory Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights under applicable European Union or national law.
Consumers benefit from legal guarantees ensuring that goods supplied by ADM Innovations conform to the contract. In particular, consumers may be entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund where products are faulty or not delivered as agreed, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/771.
Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cancellation Right)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers normally have the right to withdraw from a distance or online purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.
However, this right does not apply to:
-
goods that are manufactured according to consumer specifications, or
-
goods that are clearly personalised or made-to-order.
As ADM Innovations produces parts based on customer-submitted designs and custom manufacturing parameters, orders placed by consumers are generally considered custom-made goods and are therefore exempt from the standard withdrawal right, unless otherwise agreed.
Information and Transparency
Before placing an order, consumers will receive clear information regarding:
-
the total price (including applicable taxes)
-
delivery costs and expected delivery timeframe
-
key characteristics of the requested manufacturing service
-
applicable complaint and warranty procedures
ADM Innovations complies with EU transparency obligations for consumer contracts concluded at a distance.
Business Customers ( Business - to - Business )
The following provisions apply where the customer acts in the course of a trade, business, craft, or profession.
EU consumer protection legislation, including Directive (EU) 2019/771 (Sale of Goods Directive) and Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), does not apply to business-to-business transactions.
Accordingly:
-
Statutory consumer guarantees of conformity do not apply.
-
The 14-day right of withdrawal for distance or online contracts does not apply.
-
The parties' rights and remedies are governed exclusively by the contract and applicable commercial law.
The customer is responsible for verifying specifications and inspecting goods upon delivery. Any defects must be notified in writing without undue delay. Remedies for non-conforming goods are limited to those expressly agreed in the contract or required by mandatory applicable law.
